We want this to be transparent: this policy applies to orders for dissolvable teas, boxed selections, sampler assortments, tea latte kits, boba offerings, gift sets, and teaware. Normal order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days before a parcel enters transit.

In plain terms, tracking details are sent when available. Tracking events may take time to appear after a carrier accepts a parcel.

The operating rule is that for a delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-missing parcel, or damaged shipment, contact us promptly with the order number, checkout email, tracking number when available, and photos of damage and packaging when relevant.

To avoid uncertainty, estimated delivery or transit is 3–5 business days after processing. This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee because carrier conditions can change.

If you need help, any free-shipping offer is the one shown at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number so order and carrier notices can reach them.
